September 12, 2025 Last day to add/drop a full course, a first-term half course, a first-term full course, or a full-year half course on campus and Distance Studies. Courses dropped by this date will not appear on a transcript; no fee penalty.

December 1, 2025 Last day to withdraw from a first-term half course resulting in a grade of ‘WDN’ (withdrawn, without academic penalty). Course withdrawals after this date will appear on a transcript with a grade of ‘F.’
December 9, 2025 Fall/Winter Term classes end
December 10, 2025 Study Day
December 11–22, 2025 Mid-year examination period

January 5, 2026 Classes resume

January 30, 2026 Last day to withdraw from a full course resulting in a grade of ‘WDN’ without academic penalty. Course withdrawals after this date will appear on a transcript with a grade of ‘F.’
February 14–22, 2026 Spring Reading Week
