Facilities Management is responsible for the planning, development, construction, operation, maintenance, and stewardship of all the buildings, infrastructure, sites, and services within Â鶹´«Ã½'s campus community. We work closely with campus partners to coordinate new construction and renovation projects as well as to complete maintenance and service requests.

Facilities Management maintains over 9 million square feet of space in 100+ buildings that are joined together by 16kms of roadway and sidewalks situated on more than 500 acres of land. Our division employs in a variety of capacities and provides services including:

  • Client Service work requests
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Heating & cooling
  • Infrastructure support
  • Keys (Building, office door)
