To support Ontario's economic interests, public sector entities in Ontario are required to comply with the (U.S. Procurement Restriction) and the . Under BOBIA, purchases less than $121,200 must prioritize Ontario businesses. For purchases of any value, U.S. suppliers may only be selected under certain circumstances.
Â鶹´«Ã½ Procurement Services has negotiated many preferred vendor agreements, which are exempt from these policies. Where practical, use Mustang Market catalogues, or other established vendor lists, as a simple way to ensure compliance. For all other requisitions, these policies will need to be considered during your procurement processes.
