What is love your body week?
Love Your Body Week is an annual Western initiative to spread awareness and knowledge about fostering a positive body image and feed self-love throughout the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community. Encourage the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community to embrace their uniqueness and individual beauty. Recognize the capabilities of others and spread kindness. Provide the right tools and knowledge to help people achieve a healthy body and habits.
March 17 – Musical Wellness Video Social Post
March 18 – Post on our Affirmation Wall in the Rec (WSRC) - available all week, just starts this date.
March 19 – Learn about positive sleep habits and enter to win with our Sleep Booth & Box Draw (in-person entries only in the WSRC)
March 20 – Thankful Thursday – Find us on campus!
March 21 – Feel Good Friday – Free Yoga at the Rec (WSRC) - 4pm in Studio 1
