Personal training with Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus Recreation at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Student Recreation Centre can help to empower you with the ability to finally achieve your fitness goals within the gym. The aim of a personal trainer is to help you work towards/strive enhancing your overall health by improving your strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and cardiovascular health. In addition, your trainer will book reservations for you at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Student Recreation Centre, for the times you want to ensure your success.
