NEW Campus Rec Reachouts
Sports and Recreation, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus Rec, wants to provide our Mustangs with many different digital resources to support you while you are away from campus. In addition to our Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus Recreation Live Instagram Fitness series, with live classes each day on Instagram (and coming soon, Zoom), we have launched the NEW Campus Rec Reachouts Video Series.
Video Series Launched so far:
Massage Mondays - with Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus Recreation RMT (Registered Massage Therapists)
Trainer Tuesdays - with Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus Recreation Personal Trainers
Each Monday and Tuesday at 12 noon a link to a new video will be posted on our @Âé¶¹´«Ã½_Rec social media accounts.
As well, all posted videos are available on our Campus Recreation YouTube Account for you to view anytime:
